At thanksgiving I tried out Isa’s recipe from the Post Punk Kitchen for Rosemary Chocolate Chip cookies, they were amazing!
While we were visiting Eoban’s parents around Christmas time, I noticed this orange almond coconut oil. It occurred to me that I could use that coconut oil in the recipe and swap out chopped almonds for the rosemary! So I did just that and the results were fantastic.
I’m excited to use that rosemary chocolate chip recipe as a basis for many other cookies with interesting flavors!
I think curry coconut with chocolate is next!
