High protein pancakes that still use some regular flour so they're still as satisfying as regular pancakes! You can modify the toppings to further fit your macros (regular maple syrup, low-cal syrup, butter, fruit, etc.)

Protein pancakes that still taste like pancakes! I eat these almost every day, sometimes multiple times a day :p 

These freeze well for meal prep! Let the pancakes cool completely, place a bit of parchment paper between each one, and put in a bag or container in the freezer. Reheat in a toaster or microwave.
